The Big Photo Show is two weeks away, and we are pleased to announce yet another exciting thing we have to offer: advanced and specialized photography education sessions.
“Last year at The Big Photo Show LA, our extensive range of education sessions were standing-room-only,” said PMA president Bill Eklund. “Photo enthusiasts and intermediate-level photographers took full advantage of the opportunity those sessions presented to improve every aspect of their photography skills. But we had many requests from more advanced photographers for education sessions at their level. This year, we are happy to announce we are fulfilling that need with a full slate of courses to choose from, taught by some of the most acclaimed photographers in the world.”
These higher-level sessions will be taught by some of the world’s most renowned pro photographers, including Kevin Gilbert, Stephen Burns, Peter Read Miller, David Stock, Lee Varis, Colin Smith, Lee Kohse, David La Neve, Bob Killen, Nick Lowell, Glynn Lavender, and Eddie Barber.
The Big Photo Show – the premier event for everyone who loves photography, from photo enthusiasts, to amateur photographers, to pros – offers exhibits from top camera, accessory and software manufacturers and dealers; live models arenas where attendees can shoot side-by-side with professional photographers, who will share tips and tricks; displays of amazing photo products to sell, give, or keep; breathtaking framing and design techniques; and so much more, including two Education Theaters, where attendees can attend any of 40-plus sessions to help them improve their photography skills.
