WPPI Attendees First in World to See the New Lenses Under Development and to Try-Out the New 35-150mm F/2.8-4 Di VC OSD Portrait Zoom

February 21, 2019 (New York, NY) – Tamron announced activities taking place next week at their booth #335 during Wedding & Portrait Professionals International 2019 trade show on February 27- March 1 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. WPPI attendees will be the first in the world to test out the new portrait zoom announced as under development on February 20th as well as see two more new lenses announced as under development. Professional Photographers will present posing and lighting demos all day in the Tamron booth studio. In addition, attendees will receive bonus rebates up to $100, have their Tamron lenses cleaned at the Clean & Check Clinic, and enter for a chance to win a Tamron lens.

Tamron’s new 35-150mm F/2.8-4 Di VC OSD portrait zoom announced February 20th as under development will be available to test in the Tamron booth studio. The new lens covers the most ideal focal lengths for portraits, including the favored 85mm focal length. Zoom easily from full-length, to 3/4 to head and shoulder. The most popular focal length settings for portraits are marked on the lens. Enjoy a fast F/2.8 aperture at the wide end and image stabilization of 4-stops (CIPA-rated). Lightweight and compact, this new concept zoom lens allows the photographer to concentrate on composition for maximum creativity. A thorough cleaning and inspection is conducted while you wait to include checking all lens functions, cleaning the outside lens elements; cleaning the lens exterior, and recommending service if needed.
